About Hell On Wheels
On November 7, 2014, AMC renewed Hell On Wheels for a fifth and final season, split into two seven-episode batches airing over 2015 and 2016.
The series concluded July 23, 2016. Despite rumors of a Hell On Wheels spinoff series, there has been no official confirmation from AMC or the producers that the show will extend beyond its fifth season run, though that could change in future months and years.
I liked Hell on Wheels when it first started but in my opinion the story line went off track into the bizarre – I stopped watching. Don’t miss it.
I absolutely loved the series. Loved the cast. Sure would like to see more seasons.
I just sat through all 5 series I hope they continue on with 6 and so on. Loved it!! Please bring it back.
Concluding Hell on wheels with Cullen going to look for Mei in China would be the beginning of a new series. Their love affair lite up my life. I was hoping to see more. I am married to a Chinese woman. Having Cullen with Mei explore 19th century China before Mao in the Ching Dynasty. That sounds to me to be a super adventure. I would very much like to see the series continued. The actors did a magnificent job and the story was as real as it could be. I would very much like to see more.
Hell on Wheels is right there with The Sopranos, Breaking Bad and Madmen. With all the garbage that’s on TV they cancel Hell on Wheels. These executives should be fired!!
