In season four of “Below Deck,” Captain Lee is keeping a close eye on recently promoted Kelley who is eager for redemption this season, balancing his newly gained power as bosun while managing the morale and hard work of the exterior crew. Chef Ben, fresh from the Mediterranean, is eager to jump back into his personal and professional relationship with Kate, who is coming on charter in a new and surprising relationship. Eager and young to yachting, Sierra receives extra attention onboard, which puts her under close monitoring by Kate. When a surprising personal relationship surfaces among the crew, Kate can’t help but question her friendship with Emily altogether.
