Oksana Lejbjuk- Kalyn. says
To whom it may concern: I have just finished watching episode 62 Of “The Fosters” and I believe that it would be a shame if the show was not renewed for season five or even a sigh season. The messages in this series are very powerful as well as valuable to youth today. The series is evolving into a good direction which touches upon even more problems facing today’s youth. The episodes are very well written as also thought out.
I only wish that when I was growing up we had access to these kinds of programs. Then again everything was different then., Society was not mature enough and such a show would not have been accepted as it is today. It is not only accepted but is very much needed. Sincerely, Oksana.

I agree with you…I was in the system myself and I so can relate to the show…it should go for quite a few more seasons than 5

Stacey burke says
My teenage daughter and I watch faithfully every week. She is a product of two moms that are no longer together. We talk about each episode and how it would relate to her or friends.

I worked as a CPS Case Manager for 15 years and learned so much from this show. I became a better advocate for the kids on my case load. I do recognize the issues faced by the case managers who are rarely shown on this show. The recommended caseload is 14 kids but I was juggling over 30 when I finally gave up and left my job.
To have this show on television is a blessing for many groups in our society. The lesbian foster parents, the teenagers in the foster system, the workers who try making a difference, the kids who deal with school violence, bi-racial families, and many others benefit from being represented on this show. Please keep it on the air.

Fantastic show, They never shy away from any issue. Such a useful tool for the younger generation. Surely it has to go beyond series five, there is a lot of life still in it. The two moms are brill.
