Y Gwyll / Hinterland is produced by Fiction Factory in association with S4C, Tinopolis, BBC Cymru Wales, the S4C Co-Production Fund and ALL3MEDIA International ltd. The series includes 4 stories - each of 120 minutes duration – and has been produced bilingually in both Welsh and English simultaneously.
I love this series. I love the characters. I love the landscape. I love the primary actors and the supporting actors. This is a terrific, well written and all together absorbing TV experience. IT MUST BE RENEWED!! There are so, so few interesting shows that require attention; shows that do not have to resort to sexual shenanigans; shows that depend upon honest character development. This one has it all.

Captivating and the scripts are well thought of and finely crafted. The landscapes, the scenery are just beautiful.
Hope to see the show renewed as fully agree with recent comments. Landscape is fascinating and one of the few shows I actually seek out.

Please make a Season 4 and tie up the loose ends, please?!?! Don’t leave us hanging!!!!!. This is the BEST thing I’ve seen in a long time and I think better than Broadchurch and even better than The Killing…..more, more, MORE!!!!!!!
