Worst I’ve seen on ID. Cannot endure watching the show because of the lingo.
I’d have to say, please don’t torture yourself! If you can’t understand the “Lingo”, you should maybe get out more! I found these comments by doing an internet search, hoping to find out that “I am homicide” had been renewed! I Love both this guy and Joe Kenda! They bring personality to the stories they tell! Too bad you are unable to enjoy a variety.

Sad that racism plays a role in every aspect of life. Those that say they don’t like the show it isn’t because the show isn’t good or interesting. It’s merely because he’s black and the neighborhoods in which he solves his cases, is the same. Because most if not all the participants in the show are AA, black. You have those of the other persuasion that won’t watch under any circumstance. Again, sad but true. There’s nothing wrong with his speech other than it’s not spoken with a European, or a white vernacular. The narrow mind is un accepting. It’s unable to reason with the world at large. It’s my hope that ID will ignore the taunts of, usual American racism, and continue with the show. Truely sad that some think or believe that everything that they watch must be white or they haven’t any interest, at all.

I have to be “Black” to love this show. You’re turning my stomach with racism. Wake up, not all Whites make it a point to search for shows with only white faces. Some of us look for content, and enjoy the face of “America”. You could always just isolate yourself in the back woods of Montana, with a generator and an old VCR and watch old shows from last century.
You got to be from charlotte Like myself to enjoy this show very close to home love it….
