There are beautiful landscapes across America that appear untouched by man, but underneath them lays a sinister reality. Killing Fields is a true-crime documentary series following homicide detectives as they reopen the case of a young woman found in the Louisiana swamplands, a body dumpsite, where the forces of nature often erase evidence of a crime. Tormented by an unfulfilled promise to solve the 1997 homicide investigation, Detective Rodie Sanchez comes out of retirement to rework the case that has haunted him for the past 18years. Joining Rodie in the chase is a young hot-shot detective, Aubrey St. Angelo, who has a knack for reading people and isn’t afraid to ask the tough questions. However, the two can’t solve this case alone – they are joined by topnotch detectives at the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s office. Armed with cutting edge investigative technologies, and a new team of driven detectives, the Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office is determined to finally close their department's most infamous cold case.

This is the best crime series I have watched on TV for long time no find myself excited to watch the next show each time it airs the storyline is done in such good taste … The cast is very good at what they do I love that this is on couple cases Please keep this series alive!!!

This is one of the best shows I’ve seen. PLEASE bring it back for season 3. I want to see what happens to Eugenie Boisfontaine’s case. You leave us with a cliff hanger, do they find Cochises body? Do they get to find the silver Nissan truck?
Please bring this show back for more seasons. I love this show. I really look forward to the next episode every week. I even watch the repeats.

Addicting show. Really addicting. Cant wait for Tuesdays to get here. Discovery Channel I beg you to keep this show running. Real Cast of Superior and compassionate investigators who investigate true and factual real life crimes. Nothing fake. Nothing fake about crimes nor their characters.
Please KEEP Killing Fields show going. Season 3 needs to be renewed. This is one of the best, if not THE BEST …REAL… detective shows.

I love this show. I love that it is true crime and pulls you right in. I also am happy they put away Tommy. I hope in the future they are able to find Eugene’s murderer also. You can tell these dedicated officers really care about people who have been murdered and catching the scum that cut their lives short. These officers almost feel like friends as they have shown us the viewers how hard and how long they will work to put the bad guys away. And that their heart is truly in helping the families get the long awaited answers they need for closer and justice for their loved one. Sooo. glad you are giving us another season.
This is the reason we have a dish we was gonna cancel our service bUT we started watching KILLING FIELDS. This is a top shelf show. We look forward to Tuesday night. Please please keep killing fields alive or my dish service will be canceled. This is a show that keeps you wanting more. Awesome Awesome show.

What’s with these producers of these shows like killing fields and swamp people?let the people that watch these shows decide wether we like them or not or the cast that are on these shows we’ll tell u wether we like them or not it shouldn’t be their decision who pays the bills here us or them? Thx for cutting the cast on swamp people if like them keep them and why was killing fields cut? Now there’s anew season in the fall let’s watch what’s going on now not 10 months later after we’ve heard what already happened so much for real time hey? It’s not just one of me it’s one of the whole nations wants! Thank you!

The authenticity of the investigators is what captures my attention. I am a native Cajun of Bayou Lafourche, I moved to Baton Rouge area in 2001, The hunt for serial killers, as well as the fear of the people here was a truly scary time.
Watching Rodie, Aubrey, and team is so compelling, and I can relate to their deep hunger to solve the murders. Until all the murders are solved, the people of our area cannot have closure. Killing Fields is not only true, but it’s a great reveal of the people and land of South Louisiana.
omg I love this show detective rodie and aubrey are awesome they both work hard and are commited to bringing closure to these families. i hope tommy gets life in prison cant wait for season 3 to start.
This is one of my all time favorite shows. If they didn’t bring this show back I would have personally boycotted the Discovery Channel and I’m sure I’d have a lot of back up!

Us girls do road trips all over Southern Louisiana 2 to 3 times a year!! We were there in May!! Love the whole area…..Will be in Houma in October to hear Tab Benoit and attend the WETLANDS FESTIVAL!,,,,,,,Your show brings such beautiful footage of that area!!!!Keep up the wonderful show!,,,It is one of the very few things worth watching on T.V. I think it is a great series great characters great investigation techniques and Technology work well as a team couldn’t have picked better characters to play the parts excellent job on that production Burnaby in Tennessee I’m out
We cannot wait for season three to find out if Eugenia’s husband is the one that killed her. Don’t get us involved in the suspense and just leave us hanging. Please bring on season 3 and bring Rhodie and Aubrey and the team back to bring him to justice if he’s guilty. My husband and I cannot wait for Tuesday nights and watch reruns over and over. We were so hoping that Rodie and Aubrey would be coming back on the 3rd season of Killing Fields, but if at all possible you could have them on every now and then, more now than not. We really did enjoy the Killing Fields, and the way they presented all the facts.
