Please renew Live free or die! I have lived here in Western NC for all of my life 40+ years, and love watching Thorn or Tony and Amelia at place I know. Doing things that my family has done for years, well I don’t know of anyone ever eating road kill, or a Bobcat for that matter, that was a choice they made, not something natives would do. At least they do show a very believable life here, unlike the so called Hillbillies! Seriously that bunch of idiots makes all of us look like a freaking bunch morons that have had children with our family members and we have let them play like big boys! No one here in their right minds would take off in the middle of winter and run out of gas, then have to survive in the wilderness with nothing of use, and then walk the ridge of the Mountains for 10 miles! Everyone native to Western NC NEVER ever leaves home in the winter well actually any season, without usually a blanket, and pretty much anything else we need to “survive” during a bad time, food and water, and safety items. Also thank God, this TV show doesn’t have any criminals in it that I have seen or personally know, unlike that stupid, Hillbilly Blood a Hard Scrabble life, my ass they hired a woman who allowed her children to be molested and abused for years to be on their show for numerous episodes. Seriously you all need to run background checks on the so called Hillbillies, and when you see that they lost custody of their kids to DSS, maybe just maybe you shouldn’t allow her and her lover boy with his nasty little rodent in his pocket to no represent the rest of us here!!! Thank you from a true Hillbilly.

Tony and Amelia could and should have their own show! Both are intelligent, young Americans living a lifestyle that centers on what is really important in a persons life. I do, however, wonder how much they are paid for their role in the TV Show, do they have required health care as is required under Obamacare, do they file tax returns, exactly how unattached are they from local/State/Federal government requirement & bureaucracy? The show tells a somewhat slanted version of reality and it somewhat encourages people to abandon the workaday world and opt for living off grid…fine for a few, select individuals, but not the mainstream American populace in my opinion. Keep your eye on Venezuela/Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands and states like Illinois….many more people will be the new neighbors ofTony and Amelia in the days to come……
I’m another fan of this show! hope to see several more seasons of it! Really terrific people and how refreshing it is to see real down to earth people who are willing to openly share many aspects of their lives. from one of (I’m sure)..numeorus fans in Canada! 🤗👍

There are so many Blood, Guts, and Glory show now or cop shows that we need a little real life shows in our life. I search my TV every day to see if I can even find a rerun or two to watch. Please bring the show back.
