After selling more than a billion dollars’ worth of real estate in the past year, Fredrik is burning the candle at both ends working alongside demanding top developers on several multi-million dollar sellout projects, while also attempting to try again for the baby he’s always wanted. Meanwhile, Ryan and Emilia are embracing their next chapter and settling into married life, but the honeymoon phase may be short-lived when Emilia’s sister decides to move in with the newlyweds. Although Ryan’s business is booming and his workload is heavier than ever with the recent opening of his new Brooklyn office, tensions rise when he is forced to juggle the stresses of work and family. Fresh to the group but not to Manhattan, Steve Gold originally moved to New York City to follow his burgeoning modeling career, but ultimately gave it up ten years ago to join the real estate game.
