About Mountain Monsters
Deep in the Appalachian Mountains, creatures both legendary and terrifying lurk among the shadows, evading capture at every turn. Season Four of the cult-classic series "Mountain Monsters," moves to its new home on Travel Channel.
In the special two-part Season 5 premiere airing Saturday, April 8 and Saturday, April 15, 2017, after nine months of radio silence from the enigmatic “Rogue Team” – a shadowy foe that has been relentlessly thwarting AIMS’ investigations for years – youngest AIMS team member Buck takes matters into his own hands to get answers once and for all. Buck’s bold actions cause a rift among his mountain brothers Trapper, Willy, Jeff, Huckleberry, and Wild Bill as they weigh their own personal safety against a chance to lure the Rogue Team out from the shadows. While tensions rise, a whole new mission awaits AIMS in a dark place they have been before, a place they fear with new questions, mysteries, and monsters.

My family used to watch them but we bumped them for mountain monsters team. We have every episode recorded so they can watch them over, and over and over again

Mountain Monsters is my only show that I really watch, and the only reason I keep the channel Destination America!!!
My thoughts exactly. Mountain Monsters & catching replays of ”Hillbilly Blood” are pretty much the only thing that keeps me subscribed to Destination America. Being on a fixed income, it’s pretty pricey for me to receive the channel via Dish Network due to their package prices. Why Destination America (one of the many networks in The Discovery Channel’s lineup) has been separated out from the other channels in Discovery’s lineup by Dish to force me to pay substantially more, I don’t understand. I’ll keep paying that extra cost if they bring Mountain Monsters back. I realize that it’s probably totally up to the people in show that may decide it’s fate. If they don’t want to do the show anymore, I’d completely understand. If they tried to replace the original Aims Team with another group of people, I’d be willing to try to watch it. However, I just don’t believe it would work. The chemistry amongst this particular group of men, including producer Colt Straub along with his group, is perhaps the main reason this show has become the major hit it’s become. Oh yea, the cliffhanger with Buck driving off on his own to see about ??? is way too much of a cliffhanger. At least bring it back to let us see the finish of what we were left with. PLEASE. Thank you for all the work all you guys did to make such a memorable show.

I am with everyone here! I am a huge fan of the show, and to leave everyone hanging is just wrong and could lead to many of us dropping your channel from our service. I dont need to tell you that this will cause DAM to loose money and with fewer viewers, commercial sponsors will also leave. There is so much crap on TV nowadays; constamt horrible lamguage, homosexuality, sex scenes, nudity, and unnecessary violence….it is rare to find a show that whole families can enjoy! I urge you to renew Mountain Monsters and finish the story line that you started. Yes, we all know it is scripted, and we dont care! If you dont renew the show, atleast do a “straight to video” story line resolution so we dont feel cheated! Thank you!

This show was really good when they were just hunting things , then it took a stupid turn with all the ignorant rogue team fake crap , but still I watched the show because the guys in the show werent pretty , didnt talk sex and didnt have a bimbo parading around half naked trying to get viewers they seemed like real american people not that im against a pretty lady but shows these days well most suck and it seemed the guys just wanted to hunt and whoever came up with that goofy rogue and stuffing crap up jeffs nose well fire them but bring back the show to the form it was hunting monsters . It got all its viewers by those guys going everywhere hunting various monsters in the woods not by being on a ridiculous soap opera . Remember the old saying “If it Aint Broke Dont Fix It” well you have a hit show , everyone likes the guys in it BRING IT BACK YOU HAVE A HIT SHOW but please no more ROGUE Team fakery
I’m skeptical about the whole rogue team thing as well. It’s entertaining, but I do not like the idea of making the AIMS team act out this drama. I’d be a disappointed fan for sure if they are pulling the wool over our eyes. Shame on the channel if this is a sham.

Please keep Mountain Monsters don’t cancel them. Mountain Monsters is my favorite show to watch. This show is really good I love watching the AIMS team hunt these creatures and the trap building is just amazing, Incredible work that Willy and Wild Bill do on these traps it’s unbelievable. Trapper is a really good leader. the whole AIMS team is just amazing when their working together and they never ever give up. They have true heart, very tough, strong, amazing ideas of how to build these traps. Buck of the AIMS team he is an amazing team member everybody is amazing. So what I’m saying is please do not cancel mountain monsters it would hurt your one of your fan’s heart if they did cancel the show.

Do you enjoy leaving people hanging? I watch this every season with my 6 year old grandson and he thinks the world of Trapper. My grandson will set with me and hold my hand waiting for Trapper and the rest of the guys. Please don’t take this special time with my grandson away from me!
Distressing if this show is cancelled. I have 1 show I watch and this is (was) it. Unfortunate when networks have a great show they don’t finish it. So now we have these other fake ghost shows poorly made. Just sad. Bring back the AIMS team guys.
Being mountain monster back
Mountain monsters season six has to be renewed my whole family watch’s every episode over and over bc it’s recorded however if Destination America decides to not renew them and cancel another good show well myself and our entire family and our friends and their friends will cancel Destination America kind of a boycott thing but we have lots and lots of friends and family and so do they so it will add up
Please bring back the A.I.M.S. team, my sons and I love the show. We watch all the episodes and find new stuff that we missed.
Please keep this show, a lot of people love the show and the guys. the line to meet them at the Mothman Festival in 2016 was a 4 to 5 hour wait, the guys were awesome and stayed after the dose of the festival to meet everyone who stood in line to meet them. I returned for the weekend again in 2017 to see and meet them again, but got in line a lot earlier this year so I did not have to wait 4 hours like last year. They were well worth the wait, they are AWSOME!!!!!!!

Yes, it started off as a more serious show and ended up turning into a Blair Witch Project type adventure but either way, it keeps its viewers interested to see what happens next.

I really hope this show is renewed, for one thing you cant just leave us all hanging on without knowing who the rogue team is and what is going on in the black forest. My granddaughter comes over and watches this with us almost every Saturday, if she cant, I make sure its dvr’d. I love this show, its not real, but it certainly is entertaining, and we need something a little different to watch, instead of the same old types of shows.

Believe it or not, it’s extremely entertaining. Each character has a unique personality. There country folk who love America. Renew the show and let the guys continue their hunt for the elusive Mountain monsters. Maybe, one day, they will have actually caught something in Willie’s trap. Wouldn’t that be a surprise.
I hope DA does renew Mountain Monsters, hopefully by this Fall. I enjoy the re-runs like everyone else, but I would love to know what happens next. We have watched every episode many times, I enjoyed the hunting’s of Bigfoot more than the Rogue Team stuff; but I still watched it. This is hands down the BEST SHOW on T.V. these days. I would love to find out what happened with Buck & the guy he left with, if they ever find the Woman of the Woods, what does it all have to do with the girl? What the Rogue Team done with the Bigfoot body, how Trapper & Jeff are doing? What kind of Traps Bill & Willie are going to build next? What is Huckleberry take on all of this? What about he Black Wolf? To many questions unanswered. So please feel free to give us the next Season of Mountain Monsters SOON, PLEASE!!!

Perhaps your reason for keeping all the fans of Mountain Monsters in the dark is to keep them all subscribed to Destination America. If you’re going to run another season, let us know one way or the other. I made an earlier comment in which I stated that it may be totally up to the men in the show. If they’re tired of doing the show, it’s understandable. All we viewers see is the finished product. I’m fairly certain that due to it’s popularity, the unseen crap that these regular guys (yes I do believe they ”were” just a bunch of regular guys) now have to put up with, may be at the point that they’re sick of it. When they started doing this show, I’m sure these guys had no idea how unbelievably popular it would become. Put yourself in their boots. If you went from being a private, regular guy to a literal overnight celebrity, it would be so far beyond overwhelming for you, you could be tired of it all. Yea, I’m with everyone else. Please run another season, but then I think about that great bunch of guys (Willy, Trapper, Huck, Jeff, Buck, and yes Wild Bill) & realize what a burden going from just a bunch of regular, private guys to overnight celebrities has to be. I feel for these guys. If they want to take a season off, or call it quits, it’s up to them. I wouldn’t be upset with them at all. As for the Network. Let people know. Keeping all of us in the dark is unfair to your subscribers. The show, with it’s original team members & format may be over. Is the network going to announce this? Hell no. As long as they keep us in the dark, we’re still sustaining their income. If they announce the show has been cancelled, they know their network will be canceled as well.
Please bring back Mountain Monsters. It is one of my favorite shows. I have been waiting for season 6 and keep hoping it will return. The end of season 5 was a cliff hanger and we want to have a good taste left in our mouths not the bitter taste that season 5 left in our mouths. Mountain Monsters has lots of true fans. Destination America really needs to renew, lots of us have been waiting for it to return. If I knew how to contact Destination America I would do it myself.
