TBS has rescinded its initial Season 3 renewal, thereby cancelling People Of Earth after two seasons.
People of Earth is a new original comedy about a support group for alien abductees. The show centers on skeptical journalist Ozzie Graham (Wyatt Cenac), who investigates a support group to write about the members' supposed alien encounters. The more he digs into their oddball claims, the more he realizes there is truth in their stories and possibly even signs that point to his own alien abduction. The onetime outsider now finds himself a part of this eclectic group of misfits, all the while struggling with the idea of knowing that life could exist beyond our world.

When darn! I just loved this show and have been anxiously awaiting the new season! Ding, dang, darnit!!
This was the most original, entertaining, and engaging show on TV. What a shame.
This was a great show! Smart, funny, original. How could you cancel it? There are so few funny shows out there and you cancel this after two seasons. Really disappointed.
Well for fuck sakes! This pisses me off. This show was hilarious and you SOBs cancel and yet let leave trash like the Kardashians on for years.
Holy crap!!! I cannot believe they cancelled this show. I am equally dumbfounded that Dirk Gently has also been cancelled (low ratings on BBCA) and could not find a new home. Shows like 2 Broke Girls get renewed year after year…Why? Because the networks cater to stupid people. Smart shows make people think. i am disgusted.

I too am shocked but I suppose its my own fault for thinking my entertainment meant somehting. Maybe we viewers were not getting the right message from the show eh?

Well, when and where can we BUY Season 3 if it’s been cancelled on TBN? It’s clearly NOT over. ‘Game Night’ (the final episode) was a cliff-hanger.
