NOTE: Training Day Season 1 release date -- Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017 on FOX.
From April 8, 2017, Training Day will move to Saturdays, where the cancelled drama will play out its final seven episodes.
Training Day stars Bill Paxton, Justin Cornwell, Katrina Law, Drew Van Acker, Lex Scott Davis, Julie Benz, Christina Vidal and Marianne Jean-Baptiste. Jerry Bruckheimer, Kristianne Reed, Antoine Fuqua, Will Beall, Barry Schindel, Jonathan Littman and Danny Cannon are executive producers for Jerry Bruckheimer Television in association with Warner Bros. Television.
It’s sad that Bill Paxton passed much too soon. My wife and I really enjoyed the show and were looking forward to the rest of season 1 episodes which will be aired. So sorry to hear the show had been cancelled. So far this season, his trainees father and his former partners killer has not been uncovered. They could script that Bill Paxton’s character, Frank, would be found murdered also and give the trainee a new partner. They could continue to solve crimes and look for the killer (S) of the two murdered detectives. Just add more story lines.
