About Detectorists

Series creator and star McKenzie Crook decided to cancel Detectorists after three seasons. There are no plans for Season 4 of the cult British comedy.

The third and final season premiered November 8, 2017 on BBC Four in the UK and January 15, 2018 on Acorn TV in the US.

Detectorists is a comedy series about two friends who go in search of their hearts' desire with a couple of metal detectors.
